SSC SI Recruitment 2020
Staff Selection Commission is an autonomous body that is mainly engaged in conducting competitive exams for recruitment to a number of posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations. The Commission conducts SI Exam every year for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in CISF. Candidates must ensure that they meet the following SSC SI Exam Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. It is necessary to meet all eligibility conditions i.e. nationality, age limit, and educational qualification. Check detail explanation of eligibility here.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police only:
Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests. However, the candidates who do not have a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) are eligible for all other posts in CAPFs.

Age relaxation for the posts of Sub-Inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector as on 01-01-2021 is as under:

SSC has released the official notification for the SSC SI 2020 Exam on 17th June 2020 and finally, the wait is over for the candidates who wanted to apply for Sub-Inspector posts. The Staff Selection Commission will hold an Open Competitive Computer Based Examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). SSC SI Exam Pattern
Before you start preparing for an exam, you must know its exam pattern. The SSC SI 2020 Exam will be conducted in four stages. The examination will consist of Paper-I, Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper-II and Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

SS SI Exam Syllabus
The SSC SI syllabus is different for both the stages of examination (Paper-I and Paper-II) and it is mandatory for candidates to know the detailed syllabus in order to prepare effectively for SSC Sub-Inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector recruitment examination. Before appearing for the particular Paper-I and II exam the candidates should go through the whole syllabus and prepared as per the Syllabus and SSC SI Exam Pattern.

SSC SI Admit Card 2020
The candidates whose applications will be provisionally accepted by the commission will be issued Admit Cards for appearing in the Paper-I.
- Admit Cards for the exam will be uploaded on the website of the concerned Regional/ Sub-Regional Offices of SSC.
- SSC will not issue admit cards by post for any stage of the exam.
- The admit card will consist of the information about the timetable and city/center of the exam for the candidate.
- Candidates can download the admit card about one week before the exam.
- The candidates must bring the printout of the Admit Card to the Examination Venue along with at least 02 passport size photographs and original valid Photo ID proof.

SSC SI Result 2020
SSC will release the Sub-Inspector Exam Result soon after the exam is held. In order to check the result, candidates have to search in with their respective SSC SI exam roll number. The result of Paper-I will be out first.
