Candidates must ensure that they meet the following IBPS Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. It is necessary to meet all eligibility conditions i.e. nationality, age limit, and educational qualification. Check detail explanation of eligibility here.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk Exam

  • Minimum: 20 Years
  • Maximum: 28 Years

Age relaxation will be given as per rules

Eligibility (i) Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
(ii) Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.
(ii) Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/ UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern

Before you start preparing for an exam, you must know its exam pattern. The IBPS Clerk 2019 Exam will be conducted in two phases: Online Preliminary Exam and Main Exam. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination.

IBPS Clerk Exam Syllabus

The IBPS Clerk Exam syllabus is almost the same for the Preliminary and Main Exam. The Syllabus includes topics from the English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General/ Financial Awareness and Computer Aptitude. It is advisable to check the detailed syllabus and start your preparation for the upcoming exam accordingly.

IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2019

It must be noted carefully that after the application process is completed, IBPS will officially release the admit card/ call letter on their official website.

  • The Centre date and time for exams (Preliminary/ Main) and Interview shall be intimated in the respective Call Letter.
  • IBPS will be issuing different Admit Cards for Preliminary Exam and Main Examination.
  • IBPS Clerk 2019 Mains Admit Card will only be issued to candidates who clear the Preliminary Phase of the Exam.
  • Contenders can download call letter by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/ Date of Birth.
  • The candidates must carry the Admit Card to the Examination Venue to be allowed to appear in the exam.
  • Intimations will be sent by email/ SMS to the email ID and number registered in the application form for CRP Clerk.
  • No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post/ courier.
