c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
d. 3 years of teaching and research experience.
CTVS – 02a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. M.Ch Cardiothoracic Surgery of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
d. 1 year teaching and research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.Ch in case of 2 years M.Ch. However, no additional experience is necessary for the candidates possessing the 3 years recognised degree of M.Ch. or qualification recognised equivalent thereto.
Community Medicine & SPH (Family Medicine) – 02a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e.MD in Family Medicine of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.

Endocrinology – 02a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. DM (Endocrinology) of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.

ENT (Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery for Head & Neck sub-specialty) – 01a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. M.Ch degree in Head & Neck oncology.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI

c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.

General Surgery – 01a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e.MS (Surgery) of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
d. 3 years teaching and research experience, in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MS.
Haematology – 01a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. DM (Haematology) or MD (Pathology) of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
d. 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD including 1 year in the Speciality concerned. OR 1 year teaching and research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM in case of 2 years DM course. However, no additional experience is necessary for the candidate possessing the 3 years recognized of DM or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Hepatology – 03a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e.DM Hepatology/ Gastroenterology/Pediatric Hepatology of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
Histopathology – 01a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Pathology) or DM (Histopathology) of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.

Medical Oncology (Non-Haematological Malignancies) – 02a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Medicine) with DM Medical Oncology from a MCI recognized Institute.
c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
Infectious Diseases – 01a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD Medicine from a MCI recognized Institute.

c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/ MCI.
d. 1 year teaching and research experience, after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM in case of 2 years DM course. However, no additional experience is necessary for the candidates possessing the 3 years recognized degree of DM or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Nuclear Medicine – 03a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.

Pediatrics Medicine – 05For Medical:

d. 3 years of teaching and research experience.
For Non-Medical:
a. Master’s degree (regular course recognized by UGC or equivalent) i.e. M.Sc in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Human Genetics as regular course recognized by UGC or equivalent.
b. Ph.D degree in the concerned discipline/subject of an Indian University/ Institute or its equivalent Ph.D. degree from a foreign University/ Institute recognized by the University Grants Commission.
c. 3 years of teaching and research experience.
Psychiatry – 02a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Psychiatry) of an Indian University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
